With a sleek, modern aesthetic, the Gozney Master Black Edition combines a durable, certified Gozney Ceramix™ internal core. Delivered in kit form that makes a perfect home project, each segment of the Black Edition can be carried through a doorway for easy home or garden access. The Gozney Rapid Install™ enclosure allows for a simple assembly in under a day and without the need for specialist trade.
Included are a powder-coated steel stand with integrated insulation, multi-piece Gozney Rapid Install™ oven floor and dome segments, dome insulation, Black Edition cast iron fascia with integrated thermometer, cast iron oven door, quick connect render mesh system, stainless steel flue system including straight flue length and rain cap, placement pizza peel, tool kit for two people and assembly manual.
The internal 125cm x 100cm cooking area accommodates 6 x 12” pizzas or 6 x large roasting trays. It can be fired using wood, gas or a dual fuel combination, with the option of either LPG or natural gas. Taking 35 minutes to reach 450°C and 3 days to cool completely, the Black Edition oven is superb for both high temperature pizza cooking, as well as slow roasting joints of meat.
