The grill features a thick 12 mm steel plate that retains heat and spreads it evenly across the cooking surface. It is equipped with a built-in 2 mm thick splashguard to protect your walls whilst a front drainage channel funnels away excess fat into a removable drawer for healthier cooking.

The griddle constantly gives you high output and reliable and consistent results. It features independently controlled heating zones for each the flat side and ribbed side of the griddle.

Accurate thermostatic control ensure consistent cooking results whilst stainless steel construction offers durability.
