The appliance combines a hot holding compartment with a top-mounted heated gantry to maintain food temperature during service.
The unit uses heating elements to maintain the internal temperature of the holding cabinet, whilst the gantry uses halogen lamps for both heat and illumination. It is also features a sneeze guard and is situated on heavy duty castors for easy transportation.
