The sausages are grilled in the salamander at the lower level and presented and kept warm on the topside grill making it ideal for both large and small events such as festivals and Christmas markets.

Hopkins 2 pan high performance range loved and looked after. Serviced every year. One pan has had new burner, in mid last year. Range comes with batter tray and three chip baskets. The range has a scap bin in the centre of the two pans which can be used for chips because it also has optional heating for when using for Chips.
