This was my brother and I’s pride and joy until our business changed and unfortunately we’re using it less and less. We bought it in 2018 and carried out the conversion with a company in Manchester.
We decided we didn’t want a normal food truck, we wanted something that looks the part, drives well and could cope with large volumes - this was the answer. We’ve run huge events from it and can easily work with 6 of you in there.

A natural‑gas fryer from the Opus 800 range this Lincat single‑tank fryer is a strong fit for any kitchen, being slim fit and made of sturdy stainless steel it both functions and fits well with any kitchen having a fast recovery with a reliable performance.
Some notable features of the fryer is that it is able to deliver a high output (32–40 kg/hr) the fryer also has precise thermostatic control up to 190 °C an oil capacity of 16 L and it also comes with two baskets.
