The fridge is designed with intelligent controls that allow you to switch between meat (-2°C to +2°C), fish (-1°C to +1°C) and general storage (+1°C to +4°C) pre-sets at the touch of a button – making it easier to change temperatures to match your seasonal menu.

This quality under counter hot water dispenser has a 47 litre capacity which makes it ideal for use within demanding cafes, restaurants and even hotels. It is capable of heating up from cold in just 63 minutes which ensures your customers will have hot drinks throughout the day in no time. The boiler can produce up to 252 cups of water per hour making it ideal for the most demanding locations. This Electrolux combi oven was removed working from a school during a refurbishment where it had been regularly serviced and seems to have seen minimal use. They have since been re-tested and fully serviced in our workshop by our catering engineer to be in excellent order. These ovens are just as good as a Rational and are a pleasure to cook with.
