A Kai shun santoku, bought in 2021 from Borough Kitchen, Hampstead.Used.
Black ebony handle, scalloped blade, has been taken in for annual sharpening and maintenance.
RRP of over £200.
Shun logo on one side faded due to sun damage.
Box has some damage.
Some scratching on blade.

Several years of free sharpening in Borough Kitchen still left (they offer 10 years from point of purchase)
