This Lincat Single Tank Fryer is a high-performance, free-standing electric fryer designed for us in commercial kitchens.
The fryer features a 12kW hinged, lift-out heating element and precise mechanical thermostatic control with operating temperatures of 90°C to 190°C.
The fryer can produce up to 40kg of chilled chips per hour with its 17-litre oil tank and includes an internal drainage system that removes the need for external pipes during oil disposal. The fryer is also equipped with a fail-safe over-temperature cut-out for safety and comes complete with frying basket and lid.

A control keypad allows easy selection of three different dishwashing cycles to accommodate different levels of soiling. A digital display permits easy monitoring of operation. Other features include, Auto Safe - An internal booster heater is regulated by the electronic control system to ensure a proper sanitizing final rinse temperature, regardless of the incoming water temperature. Soft Start - The wash water is pumped at a reduced pressure for the first few seconds of the wash cycle. This protects the ware from being moved or damaged by a sudden burst of pressure. Pumped Rinse - An internal rinse pump ensures that the final rinse pressure is constant. Pumped Drain - Accommodates wall or floor drains. Aqua Stop - The unit will automatically shut down if a water leak is detected. Positive-Action Door Handle - After the unit has been started for the day, the wash cycle can be activated simply by pressing down on the door handle. Able to handle up to 108 racks per hour, this dishwasher is ideal for even the busiest of kitchens.
