Description

This Foster BCF20/10 is a professional-grade commercial blast chiller and freezer designed to rapidly lower food temperatures to meet strict safety standards in professional kitchens.

The Blast chiller features a forced‑air circulatin to circulate cold air to quickly lower the temperature to safe storage levels, also of note is its automatic defrost funtion that melts and prevents ice build up within the appliance.

The chiller features 20kg chilling capacity and 10kg freezing capacity per cycle and is capable of reducing food temperature from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes (chilling) or down to -18°C (freezing).
