This quality twin stacked oven by popular brand Blodgett is ideal for cooking a wide range of foods to perfection, the oven features an easy to use thermostat control and has a 60 minute timer ensuring you can cook a wide range of foods without constant monitoring. Additionally, the fan assisted oven has internal lighting which enables you to easily check products without removing them from the oven. The oven also has a cool down function which keeps the fans running cooling the machine down quickly at the end of service. The oven comes fully complete with four shelves and 11 shelf positions and is positioned on lockable castors for easy movement and positioning.
