The Infernus Floor standing commercial electric Double tank deep fat fryer with twin 10 litre tanks. Perfect twin basket electric fryer for busy catering outlets, ideal for frying chips, fries, fish, and other produce. High performance and quick heat up and recovery times with 2x independent 6kw heating elements. Includes two stainless steel baskets as standard.

Easy to use with adjustable temperature controls to 190c. Also features a bottom cold zone to prevent food debris scorching. Easy to maintain with heater lifting mechanism, mesh filter net and night cover.
