The fryer features a 12kW hinged, lift-out heating element and precise mechanical thermostatic control with operating temperatures of 90°C to 190°C.
The fryer can produce up to 40kg of chilled chips per hour with its 17-litre oil tank and includes an internal drainage system that removes the need for external pipes during oil disposal.
