Large Cuppone Monarch pizza double oven with stone base.

I am told that this make and model is an absolute workhorse. We used it for the last two years in a busy but tidy Brewery Tap Room/Pizza restaurant and probably didn't work it half as hard as it is designed to be used.
It's being sold as we're moving to a new location with a wood-fired oven (and plenty of wood!).
The oven is in a used state but this is a solid and very robust machine.
Note 1: the bottom oven glass is cracked/split. This took place about a year ago and we've continued to use it without issue.
Note 2: the top oven thermostat can be temperamental. We mainly used the top oven for cooking toppings (such as peppers, etc.) or baking brownies, etc.
Each oven is big enough to cook up to 6 pizzas simultaneously, although we stuck to 4 at a time.
Cook time at 400 degrees c is about 60 seconds per pizza.
Comes with a very sturdy frame on castors with a lower shelf.

We're based in Wild West Wales. You are welcome to collect yourself but note that the oven is wrapped ready for shipping and you will need a taillift to get this into your truck (as it is heavy).
