The Polyscience Anti-Griddle is a kitchen appliance that uses rapid freezing to create frozen or semi-frozen dishes.
It's essentially a cold plate that can reach temperatures as low as -30°F (-34.4°C) within minutes.
This item is used, as you can see from picture, some rust and no lid.
Neither of which affect its usage.

This Electrolux combi oven was removed working from a school during a refurbishment where it had been regularly serviced and seems to have seen minimal use. They have since been re-tested and fully serviced in our workshop by our catering engineer to be in excellent order. These ovens are just as good as a Rational and are a pleasure to cook with.
