Description

The Fri-Jado TDR 8+8 M is a high-output, commercial double-stacked manual rotisserie oven designed to cook up to 80 chickens at once.
The oven features straightforward, user-friendly controls including manual knobs to easily set the cooking time and temperature before starting the cycle. It utilizes high-speed double-loop convection, distributing air evenly to cook food up to 30% faster than conventional rotisseries.
The oven includes glass doors on both side and is built with heavy insulation that keeps the outer contact temperature below 70°C.
