Hopkins 2 pan high performance range loved and looked after. Serviced every year. One pan has had new burner, in mid last year. Range comes with batter tray and three chip baskets. The range has a scap bin in the centre of the two pans which can be used for chips because it also has optional heating for when using for Chips.
Range does not have ducting, will have to be used under a vented canopy. Which is the way this unit is set up in the picture.
