Winston Cvap Holding Bins/oven – Barely used!
Extremely rare product in the UK! Winston have told us that the two models we have are the only ones to be exported to the UK.
These holding bins are great for holding foods and preventing the drying out of food.
It can also be used for particularly gentle cooking of delicate food e.g. for fish.
Again, both units have been used only a handful of times.

This Electrolux combi oven was removed working from a school during a refurbishment where it had been regularly serviced and seems to have seen minimal use. They have since been re-tested and fully serviced in our workshop by our catering engineer to be in excellent order. These ovens are just as good as a Rational and are a pleasure to cook with.
