Foster BCT52-26, the largest cabinet in Foster's blast chiller range. Manufactured 2018. In good working order, used in our food production unit and being replaced as we upgrade.

Foster's high-powered "Circulair" system blasts cold air laterally across the product at speed, pulling food from +70C to +3C in under 90 minutes and locking in colour, texture, flavour and nutritional value. Exceeds Department of Health guidelines.
