I have retired from my chocolate business and have 3 machines, a melting tank plus many moulds for sale.This is a Selmi One continuous chocolate tempering machine 12kg.
Single phase, 2013 model
It is in good condition and has been regularly serviced.
Purchased secondhand but it has always been a reliable worker with no issues.
Comes with a heated vibrating table, solid lid and circular dipping grid.
