This heated drawer unit by Hatco is designed to keep a variety of foods hot until served without compromising taste or quality. This unit features 2 drawers and each warming drawer has a food pan that can be lifted in and out for ease of use, individual thermostatic control, temperature monitor, adjustable vent slides and a power On/Off switch meaning both drawers can be thermostatically controlled separately helping to save energy. Ideal for use in any professional kitchen.
