Mobile Sushi Bar with conveyor belt specially designed and built for events/mobile catering.

The bar can be used:-

as a mobile conveyor belt bar serving sushi, canapes or desserts
in conjunction with displays to securely display a product of your choice
as a mobile cocktail bar serving cocktails and other drinks

Design and Style:
A modular construction, the mobile bar comes in five different sizes ranging from 2.1m for the smaller version up to a maximum of 8.9m. Built using a combination of wood and stainless steel and in a matt black finish, also included is also a manually controlled LED lit panel, visible from the front, to add a splash of colour. The unique design means that the bars can be installed quickly and we do not require a large installation team or crew congesting the premises. The bar is complete with shelving units for storage and to improve its functionality and ease of use during service.

Modules - The bar is modular and consists of::-

4x straight modules: 1.20 meters long
2x corner modules: 90 degree turns: each side 0.80 meters long
2x 180 degree turns: 0.55 meters long, one of which has the drive unit
Standard sizes for the bar are from 2.3m for the smallest configuration up to 9.1m (and basically all layout variations in-between). Please note that these sizes are of the bar with the conveyor belt on top. An actual drawing of the conveyor belt is available as a PDF file.

Each module has a built-in light box with low voltage double LED lighting strips. With the light controller unit you can set the light to a preferred colour or have it change from one colour into the next. The speed with which the colours change can also be controlled.

Additional Items:
In addition to being used to serve canapés or sushi, the bar can also act as a presentation platform to promote your brand or products by securing acrylic cylindrical display units on the conveyor which contain your product. Whilst people eat and drink the products come rolling by.
Furthermore included are 500 grey melamine sushi plates that fit onto the conveyor belt.
