Constructed from stainless steel inside and out, this refrigerated unit is a hygienic method of storing food safely.

A width of just 1000mm makes it ideal for areas where space it at a premium.

Featuring an energy saving CoolSmart controller ensuring accurate temperature control and the UBC features a completely removable cassette refrigeration system for easy servicing.

Designed for effective operation in high ambient 43°C environments this under broiler would be ideal for use in any commercial kitchen.
