The food is kept nice and heated for a period of time by a heated base and overhead halogen heat lamps above to maintain an even amount of heat around the food. The countertop food warmer is capable of holding multiple standard gastronorm (GN) pans allowing for a variety to be on display and arranged on the heated base however you choose.
