This Electrolux combi oven was removed working from a school during a refurbishment where it had been regularly serviced and seems to have seen minimal use. They have since been re-tested and fully serviced in our workshop by our catering engineer to be in excellent order. These ovens are just as good as a Rational and are a pleasure to cook with. This Falcon Twin Tank Fryer is a great piece of equipment with each tank having a oil capacity of 12.8L per tank and being able to have 34kg of chips per hour.
Its notable for aloing the ability to be drained independently, this feature is useful during quiet periods where you may only choose to use one tank and then only drain the oil that has been used, this ia quite an advantage of the twin tanks fryer while also providing another benefit of the removal of risk of cross-contamination.
Each tank is powered by an 11.4kW burner and has a temperature range of 140-190Β°C. The fryer is fitted with a fast-acting safety thermostat that will cut power to the unit if the oil temperature gets too hot making this fryer safe and reliable for service.
