Each tank can be controlled independently, allowing you to fry different food types simultaneously. The fryer uses advanced heat transfer technology and precision temperature control via two easy-to-use thermostatic dials meaning the fryer heats up oil quicker and holds the temperature for longer, ideal for quick turnaround. It also filters excess oil away through an inclined base ensuring crispy fried food. The heavy duty fryer also features a container underneath for ease when draining out the oil from the fryer.
