To prevent stacks of pizza pans from falling over when in transit, the lid features a slight recess, locking stacked pans together safely. Made from 1.2mm thick aluminium, the lids are easy to clean so can be interchanged between different styles of pizzas.

This Falcon Twin Tank Fryer is a great piece of equipment with each tank having a oil capacity of 12.8L per tank and being able to have 34kg of chips per hour.
Its notable for aloing the ability to be drained independently, this feature is useful during quiet periods where you may only choose to use one tank and then only drain the oil that has been used, this ia quite an advantage of the twin tanks fryer while also providing another benefit of the removal of risk of cross-contamination.
