Description

High flow axial fans.
High-performance exhaust coils with copper tubes and aluminum fins.
A liquid solenoid valve and an adjustable thermostatic expansion valve are integrated into the unit.
Cooling connections must be welded, with an integrated suction siphon.
Low temperature drainage resistance (2 m).

The KIDE EEC3002M1X evaporator is a professional cooling element used in refrigerated freezers , with the aim of reducing and maintaining very low temperatures in the refrigerated space.

It is a key part of a refrigeration system , working in conjunction with the compressor and condenser , to produce and circulate cold air, ensuring stable freezing conditions in the chamber. It belongs to the KIDE evaporator unit series for low temperature applications and has a low profile design , suitable for installation at limited height.

This evaporator is designed to operate at freezing temperatures , approximately from –5°C to –10°C , and has a cooling capacity of approximately 1300W . It is equipped with fans for uniform air distribution , a condensate collection tray , as well as an electric defrost and drain resistor , necessary for reliable operation at low temperatures. The weight of the unit is approximately 25 kg .

How it works (functionality):

The evaporator takes the liquid refrigerant, turns it into a gas, and in this way removes heat from the internal refrigeration space. Air circulates over its tubes, thus cooling the chamber.
