This 4 Door Prep fridge with Saladette is great for storing and prepping in food in any kitchen, its refrigeration temperature ranges from +1°C to +5°C and is fan assisted cooling to make sure the temperature is kept even within the appliance.

The saladette is able to hold 9 × 1/3 Gastronome pans and has two lids to seal in the cool air, also of note is its granite styled counter top great to work on with dough, pizza, pastry, or cold prep in general and the item also features castors allowing easy movement of the counter top to suit your kitchen.

Designed in mind for the storage of and creating pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and general food preparation ideal for any commercial kitchen that is able to store this large prep counter.
