This Lincat V6/F is a commercial, free-standing, fan-assisted electric convection oven, designed for us in professional kitchens.
The fan assisted mechanics and solid insulated door guarantee uniform temperatures throughout the oven cavity, lowering overall cooking periods.
The oven comes equipped with a stainless steel, counter-top worktop with a drawer (WT6D) and is engineered to support other various Silverlink 600 countertop appliances.

These double stacked Lincat OSC WE 61 are 6 grid commercial combination ovens manufactured by Rational for Lincat.
These ovens are "SelfCookingCenter" (SCC) models featuring 7 operating modes for meat, poultry, fish, side dishes, egg dishes, bakery products, and finishing. It offers manual modes for steam, hot air (convection), and a combination of both.
Each oven unit has the capacity for 6 x 1/1 GN trays, and the units typically operate between 30 – 300 degrees. The ovens are also equipped with an automatic cleaning and care system for both the cooking cabinet and steam generator.

The Lincat EB3FX is a countertop, automatic-fill commercial water boiler with a 15-litre capacity and a high output of 31 litres per hour. The water boiler features an intuitive, colour touchscreen allowing easy operation, including temperature adjustment, timer settings, and diagnostics. The integrated FilterFlow system improves water quality and reduces limescale build-up, extending the life of the appliance. A screw cap and probe allow you to easily monitor limescale build-up whilst the unit also features an on-screen guided descaling program.
