Fold up canopy with fold down front deck and railings (posts and chains)
Four under body mounted stabilisers adjustable from the sides.
Tri-axle chassis on 195/55R10C wheels/tyres with new spare.

What’s inside?

MONO (British made) 3 Deck Steam Oven ideal for Baking and Pizzas etc. Model 145-L07CK

3 Phase – 415V 34kW 52amp

Water tanks and boiler in the rear of the oven to provide steam. 3x Mono Controllers Digital/Touchpads

The oven is plumbed into the trailers water system.

The oven has just been tested by a qualified electrician who checked the internal components which confirmed that all parts of the oven are working/giving the correct resistance.

We didn’t get the oven to turn on as didn’t know how to operate it but I have since obtained a copy of the Instruction Manual. Importantly, the heating elements all worked producing 33hz on the front and rear bars and 48 on the centre ones.

The oven is sitting on wheels and runners so that it can be pushed back for working operation and locked into position in the centre of the trailer for transport.

Reason for sale and condition.

This trailer was sold new directly to the bakery that previously owned it, the oven is of the same year so has been in there from new it seems. I bought it to use the trailer for another purpose but with the oven and other equipment inside it seems a shame to split it as the festival/summer season is approaching and I found another solution for my project, I could see this ready made unit back out there earning good money.

The trailer and running gear is in good condition and tows very well indeed. There is some repair needed to the lift up canopy (flap and surround, gas strutts). The rear wall of the trailer has some bubbling on it but is ok on the inside. A small repair to the floor by the rear personnel door is also required.

I asked the electricians to check the elements of the oven but did not PAT test the trailer as the new owner will probably want to make some changes so will need doing after that. Mono, who made the oven are still going strong and all of the oven elements I am told are still available but if at any point new control panels were required then they are available from other suppliers as Mono do not have them in stock now.
