Fitted with four sturdy shelves as standard, each shelf can be adjusted as required, giving you greater flexibility and choice over how you store your ingredients.Digital thermostatic control ensures the cabinet is reliably kept at the precise temperature required (between 2°C and 5°C), so it’s easy to ensure food is stored perfectly for extended periods. Maintenance and security are simple too, thanks to the easy-clean design with removable seals, as well as the sturdy lockable door which offers overnight security of the contents.
An upgrade from the CD084, the PC006 is A Energy Rated, and delivers the same impressive 383.6kWh annual energy saving as the PC005 – cutting your energy costs by £95.90 each year. All this comes in a robust, professional stainless steel finish built for demanding commercial kitchens (calculations are based on £0.25 kWh energy price).
