This Roller Grill is a heavy duty suitable for high volume services with its upper and lower ribbed cast iron plates to leave a great searing effect and allow for the grease to more easily drain away from the the food being cooked.

This grill creates a self balancing upper plate with adjustable pressure spring to make sure the the weight of the plate has some force but also no crushing the food under the plates weight allowing for the food to be cooked evenly throughout.
