The Rofco B20 Professional Bread Oven is an electric deck oven designed for commercial kitchen use. Manufactured in Belgium, this oven offers three decks for baking bread and pastries. With the brand reputation of Rofco, this oven is a reliable and efficient cooking equipment for any restaurant or food service establishment looking to enhance their baking capabilities.Full working order. Does have some cosmetic issues as shown, but nothing that affects use. Brand new seal direct from Brook Food a couple of months ago.
Clips have been added on the side as shown to aid with the seal. As is normal with Rofco Ovens, the bulb casing has shattered so there is no bulb or casing, but it can be ordered from Brook Food.
Also comes with a board for launching. Nothing special, just something we made.
Comes complete with table, which is currently on castors, but does come with feet too if you didn't want it to be movable.
This will need to be wired into a 16amp minimum dedicated connection to your fuse box.
Only selling due to closing our bakery.
