5 Deck Bakers Oven - Tagliavini - London

We’re selling off our Tagliavini Modular 5 single deck oven. It’s been used at our bakery for the past 5 years and serviced extremely regularly by a trusted engineer. The Model number is EMT 3/4676. Year of construction is 2019. Matriculation number SNO 11510/A.It has a couple of known issues, though nothing too complicated. It needs a new solenoid which I believe we have spare. It also needs a new motor/pump for the steam input. Aside from that it is all working as expected. We can put the buyer in touch with Tagliavini engineers to discuss the repair work and transportation.
Was bought for £30k in 2019.
