This is the HVD Quad Liege.Division in two compartments of 4x13 teeth.
The lengthwise division between the waffles has been omitted to facilitate the cleaning of the griddle plates.
A single block of cast iron, it rotates to optimise caramelisation.
Temperature up to 350°, In perfect working condition but will need a good clean, cooks the perfect liege waffle.
