Description

An extensively converted 20ft shipping container including everything required to run an efficient, cost effective and hygienic business. The unit can be operated in its current location exclusively as a prep kitchen or transported elsewhere.

The kitchen comprises of well maintained easy cleanable walls and ceilings with LED lighting, secure windows and door, hot and cold running water, plumbed drainage, heating, extraction, electric and gas.

The left hand side of the kitchen features stainless hand wash sink with auto sensor tap and hand wash, paper towel and gloves dispensers. Beside this is a commercial dishwasher and plenty of space for cleaning supplies. A space saving dishwasher rack drainer on the wall helps keep things tidy.

At the far end below the window is a spray rinse tap and double sink ideal for veg prep along with powerful propane instantaneous water heater supplying all sinks.

In the far corner is a counter fridge / work surface complete with heavy duty Robot Coupe veg prep machine. Above this is a robust shelf containing professional catering scales, Robot Coupe discs and plenty of boxes for prepped ingredients.

Opposite the entrance are two large gastro compatible chillers with ample room for ingredients and prepped food. The right hand side has shelving for equipment and dry / ambient ingredients along with a freezer, oven and high quality rice cooker. The equipment on the shelf includes a second set of scales, food processor, blender, whisk, grinder, chopping boards, rack and more.

Finally, there’s powerful extraction via the canopy, leak proof work surface with integrated sink ideal for sauce prep, pasta boiler and rinse unit, heavy duty induction hob, stock pot, second towel dispenser and more shelving,

All sinks are fitted with quarter turn ceramic taps. The left window has a superfine mesh window net to keep insects, dust and pollen out. The unit has a 5 star food hygiene rating and is situated within a secure yard with 24hr access. Electric and water fee to be discussed with site manager if used at current location.
