This is an extremely versatile trailer with a double hatch on one side, a single hatch on the other side, and an amazing awning (costing £5k new).
This is the same size as the trailer which can be used as an extension to the kitchen, or the awning could also be used as a servery with the production kitchen behind.

The awning has 3 zipped in sides and a roll out roof.

On one side, facing the double hatch, it has a long chilled display/salad unit, a triple GN bain marie (LPG)

At the rear is a deep stainless sink, drainer and hand wash basin, above the sink is a LPG combi boiler.

Mains water can be plumbed in.

There is plenty of space, gas connectors, electrical sockets for various pieces of equipment to set up as you require.

Gas & electric certificates, 4 good tyres and a removable heavy duty jockey wheel.

We have successfully served over a 1000 covers daily out of this trailer, so in the right hands it can make very good money.

It needs a bit of tlc and you'll need to install whatever appliances you'll need but this trailer has a lot of potential and is a blank canvas to create a great kitchen.
