Features of this grill include, removable stainless steel drip tray, moveable upper plate meaning the heat source can be moved closer or further away from the food being grilled. Stainless steel construction offers durability and makes this grill easy to clean. This salamander grill can also be wall mounted. Ideal for use in any professional kitchen.
