This is what we used in our Italian restaurant to make pizzas before we closed down in February.

Very small operation so if you want to start a pizza business or add pizzas to your existing business this will be perfect for you.

Upgraded with solid state relay (SSR) costing £1500 (receipts from Marren to prove)

Cooks Neapolitan style pizzas in 90 seconds

Ventless so no overhead ventilation required
