Walk in Blast Chiller - high quality, great condition - JUST THE EVAPORATORS AND CONDENSER (NO WALLS)Powerful and even chilling of food. We installed the unit and only used for less than a year, so it's in good condition. The chiller itself could fit two gastronome speed racks inside. You'd have to get the walls made yourself, but as I understand this is fairly straightforward. The evaporators/heat converters (the fan things inside) and the condenser (the bit on the outside!) will need to be plumbed in and gassed by a professional, along with attaching to a control unit and probe (Neither included).
Bought new from Nisbets and only used for one year.
