Selling the grill originally purchased for an events business that never launched. Consequently, the equipment remains unused and unpacked. It was turned on once for a small domestic test with a minimal amount of product, in anticipation of an event that ultimately did not take place.
If desired, a half-full 19kg Calor gas bottle will be included at no additional cost. (cost new £70 gas bottle deposit + Half a tank of gas @ £18)
It is said that a thousand burgers a day is well within capacity.
I know from personal experience that well over 200 an hour is achievable.
Keeping it simple has held the TG160 status as the legendary ‘Workhorse of the Industry’, anywhere from 48hrs non-stop throughput at Glastonbury Festival, to hot kipper buns on a traditional fishing dock, to presenting Gastronorm containers at a golf club terrace buffet.

The Cinders Classic TG160 twin-grill barbecue gives you the capacity to cater to large groups and events. Setting up the TG160 is a breeze, and it quickly reaches cooking temperature in less than five minutes, allowing you to serve customers almost immediately. And when service is over, the barbecue folds down flat to just 190mm for easy transportation and storage. You can even store it vertically (on end) to maximise your storage space.
Perfect for outdoor caterers on the go, with one 19kg propane cylinder (not supplied) you can enjoy up to 12 hours of full heat. Also, the high-pressure burner remains unaffected by wind, ensuring a reliable performance. For added flexibility, there are individual controls for each side of the grill, allowing you to cook various foods simultaneously. Excess fat can be conveniently collected in any disposable ring-pull can (not supplied), making clean up easy.
For convenience, the Cinders Classic TG160 comes already fitted with a hose and regulator, so no additional assembly is needed. A griddle plate for the barbecue can be bought separately (AE020).
