Bought in October 2021, used 3 or 4 times so in as new condition.

To flake chocolate blocks into "snippers" or flakes of chocolate.

Please notethat with self-made blocks of chocolate, non-uniform blocks will cause a faster wear of the machine, that is not covered by the guarantee.

CONSTRUCTION:
Stainless steel constuction, including the pick up tray.
Set of 2 HSS blades which directly scrape the block via a horizontal moving mechanism.
Different blades are available, to produce flakes of different length (different notches). A length of 5 to 6 cm is standard. Also shorter lengths are possible (i.e. 2 or 4 cm). One particular set of standard blades (type as requested) are included with the machine. Each blade of the set is easily replaceable by unscrewing the clamp of the blades.
Equipped with a pick up tray with Plexiglas inspection hole.
Standard made 220V 1ph 50Hz.
Inbuilt safety so that the machine comes to a stop when the pick up tray is being removed.
With safety-end switch, start-stop button and emergency stop valve.
