The rotating circular racks gives your customers full view of your pizzas and will increase impulse purchases, aided by the illumination of the diffused lighting at the top of the cabinet. A built-in humidity feature provides the added benefit of adding just the right level of moisture to your food, preventing them from drying out and reducing food waste as a result.

This Electrolux combi oven was removed working from a school during a refurbishment where it had been regularly serviced and seems to have seen minimal use. They have since been re-tested and fully serviced in our workshop by our catering engineer to be in excellent order. These ovens are just as good as a Rational and are a pleasure to cook with. This Parry Electric Chip Scuttle is the ideal aplience for keeping cooked chips and fries warm having a capacity for up to 3kg of chips and features a hinged lid for easy access and to trap heat within the applence as well as lower the risk of cross contamination of food.
