This versatile three pot wet heat bain marie comes complete with three stainless steel gastronorms capable of holding a wide range of products, such as sauces, gravy and any other pre-cooked foods for up to two hours at serving temperature. This bain marie features an adjustable thermostatic heat control and front tap for easy draining. The wet heat operation prevents foods from drying out, making it ideal for restaurants, cafes, takeaways and mobile caterers.
