Winston Cvap Cook’N’Hold Oven CHV05 – Barely used!This is the latest Winston Cvap model. It was purchased in late 2020 and barely used.
It has a digital control panel and enables the user to automatically pre-heat the oven at a certain time, which is amazing for saving on labour costs.
The only times this unit was used was for testing purposes. No greasy foods have been put into the unit at any point so this really is in close-to-new condition.
This is an enhanced pass through model with caster wheels and glass doors on both sides.
Comes with all tray hooks.
