The LAM507 bench model pastry roller with 750mm conveyor tables is ideal for smaller bakeries producing pastry for croissants, pies, savouries etc.This is the most compact model in the Alma range. It will handle approximately 5Kg or 12Lb of paste. It is currently wired up for 3 phase use.
Direction is controlled by a two handled lever and thickness is adjusted with a pistol grip so operation is simple.
Tested and in good working order. We inherited this piece of equipment taking on our second bakery and have decided to stick with our original sheeter. The sheeter would benefit from a service. It is approximately 4 years old.
