The combi oven features a patented high density control which ensures maximum uniformity every time. It offers a powerful steam generator, dynamic air mixing and heat build-up and extremely effective de-humidification. It also has a power reserve which helps to create a balance between power, air humidity and air flow. This helps to create consistent heat which is spread evenly across the electric combi oven.

The Bravilor Mondo coffee filter machine is a manual water fill with two hot plates. It has an output of 18 litres per hour and each jug can hold up to 12 cups at a time. This machine also has a coffee ready signal and a descaling indicator to ensure that you are in control of the maintenance of this machine. The machine can be manually filled with water and therefore be placed anywhere and the water indicator tells whether the machine has been filled whilst the self-regulating hot plates to preserve the optimum quality of the coffee.
