The Blue Seal Evolution Series G91B is a heavy-duty, gas salamander grill designed for professional kitchens, widely used for melting, grilling and toasting.

The grill features two 4.4kW (total 8.8kW) individually controlled infrared burners, with variable high-to-low heat settings and includes a four-position racking system that can be used flat or inclined for fat drainage.

The chargrill comes complete mounted onto a stainless steel table that features 3 storage drawers and an under counter shelf.
