This Freezer Prep Counter made by Polar is designed for use in commercial kitchens. This prep freezer combines a food preparation area with frozen food storage providing kitchen efficiency. The robust work surface is also sturdy enough to support small appliances such as bain maries or microwaves if required. Features 2 solid hinged doors allowing easy access to the freezer and user friendly controls to accurately adjust the temperatures between –10°C and -20°C. To prevent any accumulation of frost, this prep counter uses an automatic defrost system. Comes complete with 2 adjustable shelves.
