This Gastro-line stainless steel blast chiller and shock freezer can chill and freeze large quantities of food in a short amount of time. One of the benefits of blast chilling is that taste, appearance and nutritional quality of the food is preserved. Complete with a self-closing door, superior insulation to ensure great thermal efficiency. This compact blast chiller& shock freezer will chill up to 12kg of food from 70C to 3°C in just 90 minutes and can freeze up to 8kg of food from 70°C to -18°C in only 240 minutes which makes it perfect for use within demanding kitchens.
